These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and pet939 ("we", "us", "the Platform", "the Operator") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://pet939.cam and any associated services, applications or content made available through it.

pet939 is an English-language online gambling platform designed for users in Pakistan and other eligible jurisdictions. The platform offers sports betting markets — including cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), ICC tournaments, football, UFC and esports — alongside a live casino, slots and instant game categories.

By accessing, registering an account on, or placing any bet or wager through pet939, you confirm that:

• You have read and fully understood these Terms & Conditions;
• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by your local jurisdiction or the Operator's licensing authority;
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law;
• You accept these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

Registration and use of the pet939 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. The Operator reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time.

To access the full range of pet939 Services, you must create a registered Account. The following terms apply to the registration and ongoing security of your Account.

• You must provide a valid email address, choose a strong and unique password, and supply any other information required during the registration process.
• Your Account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign or permit any third party to access or use your Account.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. The Operator shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep login details secure.
• You must notify the Operator immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.
• The Operator may require you to complete additional security verification steps at any time, including two-factor authentication, for the protection of your Account.
• Accounts must not be registered using automated tools, bots or scripts. Any account created by non-human means will be voided.

pet939 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all registered accounts in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and identity-verification obligations under the Operator's licensing framework.

The Operator offers deposit facilities through a range of payment methods, which may include mobile wallets and bank transfer options familiar to Pakistani users — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank accounts at HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as well as card and cryptocurrency options where supported. The following rules apply to all deposit transactions.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account or instrument registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are strictly prohibited and will result in the transaction being voided and the deposit returned, subject to deduction of any applicable processing fees.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and may vary by payment method, account verification status and promotional conditions. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your Account.
• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) or the account currency, subject to applicable conversion rates where the payment is made in a different denomination.
• The Operator does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which the Operator bears no responsibility.
• Failed deposit attempts do not constitute a transfer of liability to the Operator. If a deposit is not credited within the stated processing window, you should contact support with your transaction reference before initiating a chargeback.
• The Operator reserves the right to refuse, reverse or delay any deposit transaction that triggers AML, fraud or compliance flags, without advance notice.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions. The Operator does not guarantee specific processing speeds, as timelines depend on the payment method selected, your account verification status, the Operator's internal processing queue and any applicable compliance review requirements.

pet939 may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback credits, referral rewards and other incentive programmes from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be presented at the time of each offer. The following general conditions apply to all promotional activity.

• Bonus offers are made at the sole discretion of the Operator and may be withdrawn, modified or restricted at any time without prior notice, unless a specific offer period has been confirmed in writing.
• Each promotional offer will state applicable wagering requirements (also referred to as "playthrough requirements") that must be met before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become withdrawable. Wagering requirements are illustrative until confirmed in the specific offer's terms.
• Bonuses may only be used once per User, household, IP address or device unless otherwise stated. Circumventing bonus restrictions through multiple accounts or coordination with other players constitutes a material breach and may result in forfeiture of all associated funds.
• The Operator reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including exploitation of platform errors or promotions in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the offer.
• Birthday and referral reward amounts described elsewhere on this platform are illustrative examples only and do not constitute current active offers unless confirmed in writing in the applicable promotion terms.
• All bonus values are expressed in PKR unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms.

All sports bets and casino wagers placed on pet939 are governed by the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules that apply to individual markets.

pet939 is firmly committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. The following tools and obligations apply to all registered Users. Additional resources and guidance are available on the dedicated Responsible Gambling page.

• Users may set deposit limits, loss limits and session time reminders through their Account settings at any time. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases may be subject to a cooling-off period as required by the Operator's responsible-gambling policy.
• Users may request a cooling-off period or a temporary account suspension at any time by contacting support or using the self-exclusion controls in their Account settings.
• Users may request permanent self-exclusion from the platform. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted in writing to the support team and will be processed within the timeframe specified in the Operator's responsible-gambling policy. Self-excluded Users must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by registering new accounts.
• Gambling is strictly 18+ only — or the higher minimum required by the Operator's licensing jurisdiction. Age verification is mandatory and underage gambling is prohibited.
• Gambling should be treated as entertainment. It should never be used as a source of income, a means of recovering financial losses or a way to resolve financial difficulties.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pet939 platform. Violation of any of the prohibitions below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and/or referral to law enforcement authorities.

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account;
• Providing false or misleading identity, age or location information during registration or KYC;
• Using the platform in connection with any money laundering, fraud or financial crime;
• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts or software to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting technical errors, pricing glitches or platform malfunctions to place bets or claims that would not otherwise be available;
• Match-fixing, insider trading on sporting events or any form of corrupt conduct in relation to events offered on the platform;
• Coordinating with other users to abuse promotions or referral programmes;
• Attempting to hack, disrupt or perform denial-of-service attacks on the platform;
• Charging back or reversing deposits after using funds to place bets ("friendly fraud");
• Using the platform if you are subject to a self-exclusion order on any regulated gambling platform.

All content on the pet939 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game interfaces, odds data, software code and audio-visual elements — is the intellectual property of the Operator or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gambling and entertainment activities.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer or commercially exploit any platform content without the prior written consent of the Operator.
• The pet939 name, logo and associated branding elements are trade marks of the Operator. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited.
• Third-party game content made available through the platform is the intellectual property of the respective studios and is used under commercial licence. No rights in third-party content are transferred to Users.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator excludes all warranties, representations and conditions, whether express or implied, in relation to the platform and its services. In particular:

• The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Operator does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from security vulnerabilities at all times.
• The Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or special damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the platform, howsoever caused.
• The Operator's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• The Operator is not liable for losses arising from a User's failure to comply with applicable local laws, including gambling restrictions under Pakistani legislation.
• The Operator is not responsible for the policies, terms or availability of third-party payment providers referenced on the platform, including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah.
• Nothing in this clause limits the Operator's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or death or personal injury caused by negligence, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by law.

The Operator reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or other financial crime;
• Conduct that the Operator considers harmful to the integrity of the platform, other users or third parties;
• Regulatory or licensing authority instruction;
• Account inactivity exceeding the period specified in the Operator's dormant account policy.

Upon account closure for breach, any balance of Real Money Funds may be held pending investigation. Where the Operator determines that a User has engaged in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, the entire account balance may be forfeited. Where account closure is initiated by the User in good standing, available withdrawable funds will be returned via a supported payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated or licensed, as applicable. By accepting these Terms, you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.

For Users in Pakistan: nothing in this clause overrides your rights under applicable Pakistani consumer protection law to the extent such rights cannot be excluded by contract. However, the Operator expressly does not submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Pakistani courts in relation to platform-related disputes arising under this Agreement.

The Operator encourages Users to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting the support team in the first instance. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the Operator's formal dispute resolution procedure will apply, details of which are available on request.

The Operator reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, the Operator will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice by email or by prominent display on the platform. Minor or administrative amendments may take effect immediately upon publication.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should close your Account and withdraw any available balance before the effective date of the change. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
